Always tired after school?

Every time I finish school I always seem tired. When I'm watching tv or a movie or using the computer I just feel like sleeping. I don't want to nap or else I wont be able to sleep at night. Strangely enough at around 10ish my body feels active and not one sign of sleepiness... I sleep at either 10, 11 or 12 oclock and wake up at 7:30am.

I take 1-2 hours nap after school and sleep at 1 or 2 am. Then wake up at 7 o.o.

I sleep at 3-5am and get up at 6am for 0 period... Lol, I'm a zombie alllllll throughout the school year. =_= They say 20-min naps are beneficial. Any more is just pushing it. Listen to your internal clock!

I figure that I can go to the bed in that nurse's room when i'm really tired and fake a stomach ache so i can sleep there. If I'm just a bit drowsy, I can take naps during math, history and drama.
