Age limit for buying itouch?

Hi guys, im wanted to buy an itouch around the 13th for february behind my parents back... im just dieing to know. Do you need to be a certain age to buy one? im only 13 and my friend will be tagging along. im buying a itouch 3g 8gb at tysons a mall in fairfax,va does anyone know if they will let me? thanks
