This determines 1) If it is "trusted" (meaning if it's digital signature is verified to be non-malicious) 2) Whether or not you shall use it (When UAC pops up, it gives you the choice of continueing to use the program or cancelling, before it is launched) In turn, you must be an admin or have the admin password to use said programs if not an admin. |
