a little help with converting please

so i'd like to have some help with converting. i'm lvl 134 right now and started yesterday by resetting 9 dex into str. now i have 110 base dex (168 total) and 13 base str (41 total). and my problem is, i don't know what i should buy. i have 900mil right now. i was thinking either a HT pendant and a ~15 str top and scroll my own dragon khanjar (so scared to screw it up), or i go the long way by getting aran to 50 or 70 for the ring, getting a better belt and top and other str equips and buy a prescrolled (~27att) khanjar. maybe you people have other and better suggestions for me. thank you in advance.

Ring is definitely a good thing if it doesn't take you that long to get to 30,50, or 70. So get that :P

str top is near dirt cheap compared to other stuff definitely get a black belt, it might take awhile and be a little boring but shadowers are born master dojoers :3 str scar helm might also help if you don't already have a scrolled zhlem or something and definitely get some advanced power crystals out into your equips with maker

Definitely get a Strength top. Try to get equips like a strength cape and if you don't have one already get a MoN instead of a HTP. This is because you'll have a lot of wasted stats which your already high dex. Get a decent belt and 100% it with strength scrolls. Like the above said, try to use maker if your bottoms or shoes aren't scrolled yet. Then consider raising your base stats and use the rest of your funds for a d khanjar.
