New Launch, Money Making Scheme?

With this new launch system that Nexon has put in place, one must ask him/herself, is it another money making scheme? Every time you go on a page, doesn't that count as a page click? Doesn't it mean that Nexon is making money when we view their page? Each time we want to log on, we will need to go on via the MapleStory page, which counts as a click on the site. $$$ For Nexon? Deliberate.

A site with a higher hit count can charge more money for hosting ads. Since I doubt Nexon's going to host ads for any games other than their own, I don't think they'll be making money from site traffic. I agree with some of the previous posters. Nexon may not make such a huge amount off Nx since I know that a lot of players get by without it. As they begin to make more profits, they might begin adding in improvements. That explains the television advertisements.
