Is it Still available to get? Because I want one now and People are saying it is still obtainable, but I dont see the quest. And also....The Combo Medals. Can you still get that as well?

I'm pretty sure you can still get the lillan ring, but you can't get combo medals anymore.

Lilian rings are still available for a long time, I think it's over in June, the event.

To get the ring, either get to lvl 30/50/70 and talk to Lillian.
