We'll, 14atk hammered is worth 300mil , and since you can hammer that + 100% to 14atk it should be worth about 250~300mil .

I'd say 250mil is the most you'd get out of it in Scania. After vegas scrolls were removed, bwg prices and gfa scroll prices dropped. The highest I saw a 12att u/h sell in fm was 270mil, I usually see them for 230~250 though.

btway most auctions i see go for around 210~235 in basil i don't know about fm but thats the usual in basil ;o.
