newt help for out law

| ok im a lv 77 out law i maxed burst fire today, my friend told me put next two points into octopus cause its good at newts. But im not sure my damage range is like 1100-2000 around that, what i wanted to know is what build is best to snipe newts? What lv should i start? And was puting those to points in octopus bad idea'? if i shoul stop what should i max now and distribute the sp into? Thank u allfor ur help |

| The most helpful thing for newts is level 21 Ice Splitter, for the extra freeze time. Octo comes after that. |

| you dont need to hit more than 2 newts so that wont be a reason to max it, its just like mentioned before its for the freezing time so you can spam burstfire longer on them |
