what would be a really good burning hell to get? how much atk?

Lol. I'm not an advanced Corsair, almost level 70. My burning hell has 77 attack, it's fully 60% scrolled and was 5 attack overaverage. I'm pretty sure that's not normal though. I'd say around 65 - 70 is a normally good scrolled burning hell.

I'm guessing 73+ is good for a burning hell. My canon shooter's 77, and that was mediocre in the end.

True, but Canon Shooter's are for strless gunners, which is why you'd need a better scrolled one. 65 through 75 ranges from mediocre to pretty good. Unless you're strless, you'll be switching guns at lvl 80 usually, when you can actually go for the more expensive 85+ attack guns.

id say is to get the best att for a clean burning hell and then scroll it to a good one =D
