How to find someone's Basil profile?

Hi. I have an IGN and I'm trying to get to their basil ID page. Is there a way to do so? I tried in MapleStory Seach box at the top, but nothing came up. Then to make sure that it's not because the person doesn't have a Basil ID, I tried searching my IGN and nothing came up either. Help? Thanks =D

maplestory rankings. find out job level and world. and then go up top to maplestory on the basil page and click players. put the stuff in. but it takes forever to find them.
