im re-starting maplestory & wandering what server i should start in atm, my choice is windia because i have a friend who is wiling to give me some funding. i am also making a regular bandit - mabye later low dex. how much funding would i want for a semi-godly or over-avg bandit. i need peoples opinions on what server to start in & if anybody has information about " cygnus knights " if theyre crap or not, please tell me. thanks.

Cygnus Knights are excellent in short run. Only thing is you can't get past Level 120.(Should've made it level 150)

WantedShots: yeah, sorry about that i was in a rush & on keyboard which im not used to. Skins: how much would " minimal funding " be ? i can have up to around 100-150 mil but it is going to cost me. & i need more info & opinions on world / cygnus knights.
