Ok, my bro is 13 now, 4 months ago he was 4,9 and had a normal little bouy voice, in 3 months he weant from that to a 6,3, Benching 170 (almost as much as me! TT_TT) and his voice is Ridiculously low, He skipped puberty, has this ever happened before?

He didn't skip it, he just used his brute strength to crush it down from the total time to the 3 or so months it took.
