All iphone have 3g internet. You pay a monthly fee and you can basically access the internet from anywhere at any time. The fee is $30/month I believe.

So you're going to need to pay a monthly fee if you get the Wi-Fi for the iPod Touch? Creeper : Every iPod touch generation has built in wi-fi... you can use it in any place that has wireless internet for free. But you need to connect to a router, some places doesn't have wireless routers or has a password lock. He's talking about 24/7 Wi-Fi

evilkhana12The area you're in has to have a wireless connection with wi-fi or something. So you can't use it in the middle of an empty forest 50 miles away from civilization.

Wireless connections give free wifi such as some cafes, restaurants, etc.
