Can spigelmann chaos necklace vary in attack?

As the question says about. Well can it? from that i mean can it be 2 atk? or it is fixed 1 atk everytime u get necklace?

1-3, but ive seen a couple of these necklaces already and all were 1 attack. havent seen one higher.

I heard someone say they had a 2 att necklace. Didn't request a SS though. I think it can probably only be 1~2 attack, since everyone thought that regular spieglemann necklaces could be 1~3 all stats.
