| To all the doctors out there I was wondering why sometimes my nose are clogged. Im not sick and im not allergic to anything. One of my nose is clogged and the other is fine. Ex: I push down my left nostril and breathe(or exhale) out my right nostril and i experience slight pressure. Vice versa with my left nostril(at random times.) Is this something i should be concerned about? Recently this has affected my sports and training. Thanks if you helped. |

| It happens to everyone. Because you're in a relaxed state, your body closes/partially closes 1 nostril to decrease the amount of dust intake. Since at a relaxed state, you don't require as much oxygen as a person who's exercising. This is why whenever you run, you always have a lot of phlegm in your throat, requiring you to hack it up. Phlegm traps all the dust that goes through your nasal cavaty/trachea. |
