What does this (NX) item do?

So I had a break over the summer, now I am back I was travelling to see what is new, then I decided to see what is new in Cash Shop. I saw these 2 items I have never seen before so I am guessing there new. http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/6945/maple0034z.jpg (imageshack) For the ID thing u have to realize u can not have 3 characters as an ID i tried I edited the real one with my basil account I don't understand what they do. When I read the detail I get kind of confused. eg. don't know why they are bring up AP reset? Also I realized that the character slot went from 3 to 6 to 12 o_O so I am guessing there related or something Can someone who has used these guys tell me in details what they do.

They give you a character that's level 30. As for the AP: It's just saying that it adds 25 to DEX if you're a sin (which is required to advance)... Those kinds of things.

Their genius idea to make you pay 12$ to get a lv30 character. the more expensive one even gets you a slot! SO GREAT!

Lol, it isn't that hard to get to lvl 30 in 2 hours... @ Reeds, Most of the TS' clothes are untradeable after worn..

Basically what it does is that you make a level 30 character once you buy this and you pick the job and it gives you the required stats, so for a warrior it will give you 35 str, then it'll give you the extra AP for you to add your self (I think that's how it works). Also at the above, getting to level 30 without hacking is very possible in 2 hours. I think this is a waste IMO, but its good for people who don't know how to train, I just really really hope they don't maple a package for higher than level 70 :X
