Birthday Present for an 18-Year Old Chick

My cousin's birthday is tomorrow, and I've been so busy with school and everything else that I didn't have any time to get her a present. One thing that I know for sure what she really wants is a graphic t-shirt, but the thing is.. I have no idea which store to get it from. I found plenty of stores that sell them, but I don't know whether I should shop at a store like Forever21 or Urban Outfitters because she's a bit picky when it comes to clothing. x_x So if you have any ideas where to shop or suggest a store, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
