Trading, Selling, Buying Maple accounts

I think Basil should start a new branch of trading selling and buying Maple accounts. This would help people who actually want to trade away their account, like I currently am, or people who want to buy a new account or sell their existing one. Basil officials could be middle-men. Anyways just throwing it out there for discussion.
