After fixing my darn HSupdate problem i try and log in and im perma'd for using a prepaid visa to charge nx... >.< Should i log a ticket? If i do what should i say in it because it's my first ticket and I'm lost x.x

I'm waiting for my ban to be lifted. Got banned for a misunderstanding with my bank so they pulled the payment, causing nexon to not receive the money. It's fixed on my end because I repayed the difference. Just waiting for my ticket to be looked at. The account can be unbanned if you check the paypal account you used and see if there's a negative balance on it. If you fix that negative balance before it says "chargeback" within the paypal, they'll lift your ban.

so you c=gonna have to "confirm the card" with paypal which mean go on the prepaid visa site and get the # code and input it then after a while youll get an email for nexon as soon as paypal has confirmed the card check to see if the transactions are resolved on paypal yet if not call them tell them you approved the transaction then do what i did and email nexon back at the email they sent you telling you have been banned/ suspended with transaction #s and telling them to unban you

so if you have two different maplestory accounts and yopu use paypal to buy nexon on both you have a chance of getting perma banned? wow my shoes expired today =[ i wish they the ultimate agent shoes were karma"able

darius12 : ehm just tell them what happenend in a very CLEAR way that even a Ret@rded person can understand it , Most IMPORTANT of all is DONT ask for unban, just ask them to figure it out.. Hope this helped you have forgotten that this is nexon we are dealing with. they are more than ret@ards.

They say not to use a prepaid credit card to charge nx, idk why but maybe that has something to do with it

Plus, you could be doing something slightly different than others.

Why didn't you just USE the pre-paid Visa Card to buy a NX Card? You can only really only use the PayPal account for yourself. If multiple people use the account you will get banned. That's why nobody can use PayPal NX to buy from the MTS. A bunch of kids were stealing credit cards and PayPal accounts to buy NX, Nexon was sued, and thats why no moar MTS for those kids with creditcards :P its your fault for giving your friends you PayPal account. Buy a NX card next time.
