How do you upgrade the stats of a maker item?

I'm making a black neos with lv3 Maker Skill. I heard that if I use topwear stimulator, it'll have a chance of adding extra STR. I know that intermediate/advanced power crystals add the amount of STR they give, but what about black crystals? - Advanced/intermediate/basic black crystals. What way is there to get an 8~10Str black neos with maker skill? Help pls? Thanks in advance.

these tops got 6clean str, a 2str cristal makes it 8, a 5str even 11, idk how hard it could be cuz, the crystals give there stats no matter wat other BC or stimulator u use, however bc could make it lower....

Stimulator means it has a 10% chance of being destroyed. But the other way around, 90% it will be avg/above avg. (at least, someone told me)

Dark and Black Crystals work like Chaos scrolls (they can add or subtract stats). So if you got really lucky with a Dark Crystal, you could get +5 str. Of course, you could get -5 str too. Stimulators just make it so your item won't be below average.

you're safest just making a black neos with an advanced power crystal (no stimulator). that should be 10-12 str clean. Dark crystals give +5 to a random AP stat so could be +str or +dex or whatever...but id never mess with an advanced black crystal.

Thanks. @K3NN4G3, that's what I heard too, but I tried it on one black neos, and it came out as same avg stats. Def,str,dex, etc are all the same still.
