You cant make a dep star, You need to do high level quest, such as getting a Jack'o lantern from the headless horseman, or getting a Big Foot toe from the monsters, while both monsters are lvl100+ :P Being a level 60, your far away from earning one, or you can simply buy one for a hefty price :D

u can only complete the quest when ur lvl 80 so the only way is fm or friend

you gotta do all of lita lawless's quests to get items. I think you need a total of 1 bf toe, 1 hh head, 30 lucky charms and 30 soiled rags.

dep star will keep dropping everyone someone else completes the quest :P more in rotation = more selling competition = lower prices and yes, lvl 80 quest. only hard part, well not hard but expensive, is the BF toe.

Then explain to me why GFA att scrolls have risen before the holidays. Because by your logic, they should be going lower and lower since there are a few quests and monsters that you can get them from, meaning more and more flow into the market lowering the price. Anyway, 2 me it seems like the dep star prices are kinda fluctuating, i have seen them rise and fall for a few times now.

Lita Lawless's quest. It's a series of quests that starts at lvl 40 and ends at lvl 80 (when you get the dep star) You need several expesive items BF Toe is around 3M HH Head is anywhere 1-3M 30 lucky charms are like 30k each 30 soiled rags is like 20-50k each
