I just sent my iPod in for Water Damage.

Well, I just sent my water-damaged iPod into to get it fixed, even though water damage is not covered by the warranty. Would they send it back if they find out its water-damaged or would they keep it? The store lady didn't give much information. All she said that if it fell in the toilet (mine went in the wash) you would get 'charged' which I probably think you have to pay for it to get fixed? So anyway, would they still send it back without being fixed? Thanks.

They don't actually fix yours. They send you a refurbished one.

FusionSpirit : No. o-o They told me to leave my details. (Mobile phone number and name) thats it. Lol. huh...iono then oO imo, its most likely they'll send it back fixed but they should call you first giving you the estimate or something like that and to see if you still want to go through with it
