Ok. So I placed my Facestomper for sale at around 400 mil. This guy bidded and it's alright. Then while I was at school, some guy placed 909 mil mesos. The auction ended when I came back from school. The guy's Basil ID said "Hacked". I don't really want to put feedback on someone who didn't mean to buy it or stuff, but he just messed up my auction because I didn't save the last guy's IGN n_n Do you think one of the mods can fix this ? o.o

1. Mods cannot fix issues with feedback. Only Mr Basil can. 2. If you get a negative feedback you can get Mr Basil to remove it. 3. Message the use through Basil and try to contact him/her in-game. Make sure you put some effort into trying. 4. When you have proof of the Basil Id being compromised or refusing to buy your item then you may leave negative feedback. -If you should be so lucky as to sell the Facestompers for 909 mil then so be it, you made a pretty penny. 5. Use the proof to help remove the negative feedback. -Your report on the negative feedback should be well written and detailed.(proper grammar, no slang, no cursing, greeting Mr Basil, thanking him, etc.) Even if the Basil Id was hacked and then recovered by the original user, you should still leave negative feedback. The user did have his account compromised and this the negative feedback will be a warning for any near-future traders to beware that this user is possible for risk. If the user has many negative feedbacks saying that the user was hacked and placing fake bids then you may report the Basil Id to Mr Basil so he may dispose of the account. Don't repost the auction until you can clear yourself from a negative feedback. If you repost the auction before getting adequate proof, the "hacked" user can still post negative feedback stating that you reposted the auction before you two could trade. Then your negative feedback will hold true and will be accurately accounted for.

Ultimately it is his character, his responsibility, in that way it's reasonable to leave negative fb. If 909m is way overpriced on your FS then it's probably some ass just fake bidding on your auction and just saying he's been hacked. I do it on a case by case situation. Also depending on my mood. Typically I just let those fb times die and I leave nothing or maybe a neutral with a reasonable comment.
