By level 51, I can 100% windraiders. Would it be a good idea to train at crossroads by then? How good will it be compared to lmpqing, v/hoodoos, mp3, and other good training spots? My damage range will probably be around 4xx to 8xx by level 51.

Training at windraiders at 51? You'd be wasting lots of bullets and you would be killing really slow. I recommend MP3 till 7x, then maybe voodoos till your burst is strong enough.
