rush not working

rush isn't working... i tried reloading the client, moving the skill to a different key, nothing seems to get it to work. and i also noticed mark hp and name of monsters didn't work either. am i the only one having this problem?

I know this is silly to ask, but are you sure you're using it in the vicinity of monsters?

Rush doesn't work when the monster is using a magic attacks. It only works when it is walking or just standing and doing nothing.

rush does activate when there is nothing around, it just wastes MP, and you don't go anywhere....when i press rush it is like im pressing on the bare desk.... nothing.
