Need Scrolling Advice

Alright so i bought a Clean Icarus Cape (2) in Mardia for 2.1m. I then spent 2.2m on a 60% Cape Str scroll and it worked. After that I (after much hesitation) bought a 70% Cape Str for 800K and it worked. I now have a 4 Str, 3 slot Icarus. I'm unfunded and have 1m atm. I am in a bid for 100% Cape Str so I need advice on the next 2 slots. I see another 70% for 800K and it's so tempting since 60%'s go for 2-3.5m. Using 2, 70%'s the Cape has I believe about a 70% chance of surviving. I also know previous scrolling doesn't effect the next scrolls meaning my cape has a 85% chance of surviving the scrolling. I cannot afford to attempt to make a cape if I blow this one up what should I do?

I doubt anyone would buy it unless it's 10STR or higher. I'd go for 60/30%. Btw, don't 100% until the last slot, what's the point of a 100% if you can blow it up on the next 70%?

Ya I'm saving the 100% for the last slot, and I'm not looking for someone to buy it I'm making it for myself. Ty for the votes and the 2 messages those 2 choices are the ones that seem reasonable though that 70% still looks tempting. I guess I'll wait for around 20 total votes b4 I fully decide. I only expect to have average luck and was going for a 6str cape, but it seems I can quite easily get more.
