I'm wondering if I should get my level 72 Marauder or my level 80 Crusader to 120. I hear that Marauders have it a lot tougher to 120. In the fourth job, which class would train faster? Which class would have priority over another when being chosen for bosses? Would a Buccaneer be more hindered by a laggy computer? I find both classes pretty fun though.

Both train relatively well at Himes when aiming for lvl 120. In 4th job, Heroes probably train faster when splitting skeles with a Bishop, compared to Buccaneers. In general, skeles mostly has small mobs that favor Brandish over Dragon Strike and Barrage. If the mobs ever get large enough for Dragon Strike to be more effective, you're already killing too slowly. Heroes have higher priority for dealing higher damage, whereas a Buccaneer is only wanted for SI, TL, and comparatively moderate damage. Laggy computers hinder any class. Although you may fare better with a Buccaneer due to its invincibility frames.

Really, I find both equal if used correctly.

Would a Bucc or a Hero be easier to fund with about 300m? Would a Hero with decent equips still be able to dish out effective damage? Do Buccaneers really save a ton on health potions due to their invincibility frames? I'm mainly making this character to be able to boss easily, even with people I don't know, like in CWKPQ.

Stemachus : 300m, you can't make a good Hero definitely go for Bucc... Untrue. 300m is enough to make a decent Hero or Buccaneer.

Nibblerr : Do Buccaneers really save a ton on health potions due to their invincibility frames? I would say yes, but it really depends on your control If you can learn how to string your attacks so you don`t get hit much or at all, I would guess that`ll save a lot of pots but, I may be incorrect, because I`m just inferring from watching some pretty cool bucc videos on youtube :]

Buccs = deterred with laggyh computer. Heroes > Bucc in terms of training speed. Heroes = bucc in priority for boss runs. Some may argue with statement #2, but I support my side of the argument for the following reasons: A. You only need one pro hero to keep the bosses pinned in CWKPQ. That hero's DPM can be greatly increased with SI. B. TL is useful during HT runs. People die on HT runs, usually at least 1 person per run. Most of the time, it's around 4+. Considering the boss is about an hour long (from personal experience, not sure about other people's runs), res's large cooldown timer is a whopping 30 minutes. But wait just a second there. Once people die, you will be either A. returned to town or B. disconnected from maplstory 10 minutes after death (approximation, give or take 2 minutes). TL can give another res to an important attacker that had a lag spike from anything, maybe HT's attack animation to internet/your home phone being used too much.
