i just saw that guys post but i was buying an hp robe but got a dex one does this count as scamming?

OMG i wasnt the one that scammed, he tried to scamm me so i played along. i was puting up a hp robe and he didnt notice it. but then at the last moment instead of the hp, i put up the dex robe. OMFG -__-
