Tell him if he tells on u then u will finish on him while he is sleeping. Or u could make up some crap to black mail him on. If he says its not true then u say our parents dont know that. and i seriously doubt he would tell on u to ur parents, it would just be to akward. Like" Mom!, bro was jerkin off!", u think hes really gonna say that? itll be just as embarassing to him as to u. And if he tells ur friends it doesnt matter cuz 99% they do it to, hell me and my friends talk about it sometimes.
