hey guys so i made a balze wizard and im thinking to spend 1.6b on him but he is reg INT,LUK so what i wana ask u is that should i make a lukless 1 or i keep this reg 1 and spend on him money and buy him rlly godly stuff to have good dmg ?

Well, if you want the best damage, a Luckless would be ideal. I made mine normal/high luk just because I like the higher-leveled equips as opposed to bathrobes/saunas.

depends, what level is it right now. If it's whaty ou consider "low level" and you don't mind starting over, then start over and make a lukless cause you're filthy rich

LUKless mages are the cheapest and much cheaper than normal LUK in the long run. However, it depends on the equips you want. If you are OK with sauna and Maple Staff then go LUKless.

I think of CK's as side chars to just help your main, so I don't see why you would spend that much money on it. Plus the only thing my BW needs is pots and I'm good to go.

You can get a lot more damage out of 1.6b luckless then reg luck
