Are online highschools hard? I've heard of people trying online highschools and failing and then not being able to return to normal highschool because they didn't have the credits. What are the pros and cons of online highschool? Also, what are the assignments like?

Elaborate please well they used to be all chill, let you go on when you want how you want and all that but now you have to go 6hours a day at least you have to do all this other junk and it is much more pressure then normal school trust me

its multiple choice most the time, but as you go through it has more essays if you are willing to spend 6+hours at a computer doing your work every day(EVERY DAY NOW) then go ahead in mn we got it and idk what it was 10k people? joined it we all got laptops too but alot got bad grades/didn't fully understand there content but you do get lots of teachers to work with you and a white board on the computer still, after the whole thing you will like normal school much more because they changed it now and alot of people are leaving it so yea :O edit: the paid ones and free ones are very very similar

Lol, dont. My friends took an eclass for one course, he did horrible with a 65. The class average was near failing.

Wow... not sure where all you other people live but I've been doing online schooling for 3 years and it's very easy. Don't complain about HAVING to get on for 6 hours a day because that's normal school time. With online schooling you have the ability to work whenever you want Ex: 6pm-midnight as long as you get your work done and put in your hours. Pros: Flexible schedule, not having to wake up early :D, most teachers aren't as strict with deadlines because most people who do online schooling do it for the flexibility of school time. Cons: You need to be focused because it is a lot easier to fall behind since you could just loaf around all day on youtube or something. There is rarely any "social" life. AKA not much classmate interactions outside of chatting/email unless you plan with them.

I went to the stanford EPGY online high school and not only was it hard, it was boring and I made no friends.

Austeezy : Interesting...Is it difficult to pass if you focus? a little harder to focus i would say personally but if you do im sure you can go by easy focus and put your full mind to it and you will get A anything else and you will fail/d/c lol but still normal school, it pass by more easily then online school
