Once i Hit 120, Should i mastery book all my skills or is that a bad idea? for example, use barrage 20, dragon strike 20, speen infusion 20, super transforn 20, etc. if i have them all should i use them all at once?

You need at least 5 points in the skill before you can use mastery books

You can't use 20 books until you have 5 in the skill. You can't use 30 books until you have 15 in the skill.

Once you get 5 in that skill, you use a Mastery Book 20 to raise the MAX level to 20, not the level of the skill. So you basically still have to max it yourself. Then when you have 15 in that skill, you use a Mastery Book 30 to raise the max leveling again and continue to add points into it. Once you've maxed everything or leveled up each skill to your liking, then you can use your skill points to raise old skills.
