Question about above average equips

i've noticed that whenever i got an above average weapon, the highest att i ever had was the average att+3, is that the highest possible? are there exceptions? And for other equips, I've noticed that stats like DEX/LUK could only be the average+1

With Maker you can easily get a 5+ above avg item.

The highest from a monster drop is +5 above average. From maker you can get i think 13+ from advanced diamond, advanced dark crystal (if you get lucky) and if you get lucky and it just comes out +5 above average without the stregtheners. From gach I think its +7 above average.
