Circles and Tangents help anybody?

Can Anybody help with this question? Let XYZ be a right-angled triangle. A circle A having side XZ as its diameter meets hypotenuse XY at point W. A tangent line to circle A at point V meets side YZ at point W. Prove that triangle YVW is isosceles.
