why does gaviota become useless after lvl 15?

sleepyxdudeThe damage increase from 15-30 isn't really that much and isn't worth spending 15 points on. You only need 15 to get aerial strike in 4th job

It doesn't become useless after 15, it becomes useless after you reach 4th job. It hardly does any damage and doesn't change the number of attacks it takes you to kill things.
