1. Does bullseye act as a party skill? Like if a sair in my party bullseyes' a monster/boss, will all other party members do 20% more dmg? 2. Can you bullseye more than one monster at a time?

lol how would you bullseye more than one monster. the point of it is to attack just one monster and increase dmg on that one monster. srry but i had to post that
