Lot of asian boys are going to say shave it,since they don't grow hair anywhere other than their heads. IMO 1 cm long hair is alright doesn't look that bad.

A little bit of hair is okay in my opinion. You know like the occasional 5-6 little ones along the middle of the chest. Otherwise? *gags*

Hair does not grow back thicker when you cut it. Who the hell told you that? I don't see adults with 2-inch thick hairs on their head walking around. They only feel thicker because they were shaved at an angle, and the tip of the hair grows out with the tip remaining. At touch, the hair feels sharp and thick.
