Right now im lv 67 just lved couple of mins ago. Well my equips are: Lv 60 overall:5 str 11 dex(100%)used 3str bamboo hat(i was trying to buy a lv 60 hat guy never showed up) 11 atk wg 3 atk pac 8 dex lv 60 boots 4 dex white belt psycho claw 70 atk 5 str 1 slot remaining unhammered. Should i tried to upgrade i have about 15mil i want to get a zhelm but i'm not fortunate enough to get free helm. Should i scroll the last Slot,and what would be the current price on my psycho claw im missing a couple of coins for cpq2 pendant.

Na i was rich but powerlving took a toll on my funding on my ranger lv 111 evilprophet>.<

Save for a zhelm, try and find a good level 70 weapon/64 maple knuckler. 75+ atk prefferably.
