koc cant get icarus capes?

ive done the quests on my nw and my dw and neither of them got a cape. i was wondering if the quest is glitched or is desgined that CKs dont get the cape

are you sure you did ALL of the quests? There's like 6 quests in that chain, and you gotta do all of em to get the cape

make sure you do the quest "i need help with homework", it wont activate without that one done
