I currently have a dawn warrior in Windia level 15 ish and if i import money from my parent charcter i only have 200k funding for it on windia If i just made a random parent character on bera then made my a new dawn warrior on bera which would be better off The one on bera would have acess to some old equips from my page and could be funded by the minor 8 million on my 55 page Note that am casul and it is unlikely i will get to 4th job

I'm in bera, and I'm a real jerk, so don't come to bera. lol jk, but I would suggest coming to bera because windia is too populated, and bera has nicer people now.
