If you could do that there would be tons of belts out there. Once you get a belt,you cant get it again unless you reset your points.

When you get a belt, it doesn't cost you points. So, you could get 200 points and get a White Belt easily. But if you dropped that White Belt, and wanted to get another one, you would have to reset your point total and get another 200 points for another White Belt. That would mean you would need another 17,000 points to get another Black Belt. So, its possible to get another one, but you have to get the points again.
