he claims, he can 1-hit ko mp3, and he provides 4x, he also says i could lvl in the first hr (i'm lvl 63) do u think he's lying?

He can probably 1HKO with corkscrew, but that takes a while to charge up. Don't buy from him, get a priest or blazewizard if you really want to leech at Mp3. Training is still faster.
