Maker with Dark Crystal and Black Crystal

Can a dark crystal and a black crystal both add attack to a weapon? I've been trying to search this up, but was unsure if it does. Plz and Ty =]!

Probably .. yeah.. But it'll be a Very, very Low chance they'll Both give the Item Attack But if you're asking IF the crystals add attack, i think so, it's said they give random stats.

I think Black Crystal gives a chance to add attack. Dark Crystal gives either LUK, DEX, INT, or STR. I could be wrong. I never tried those before but seeing how the other gems work that's my guess.

The Dark/Black crystals can only add stats the item would normally posess- so ATT snowshoes only if snowshoes can otherwise have ATT. I don't know if you can add BOTH a Black Crystal AND a Dark Crystal at once- it may not let you. But like the others said, you're just as likely to get some wimpy stat you weren't hoping for. They're completely random- AND they can SUBTRACT as well.

one adds/subtracts onto base/added stats and the other adds/subtracts a random stat.

Dark Crystals can add Str, Dex, Int, and Luk. Black Crystals can only add attack/m.att (It'd be useless to use it on armor). You can use both at once.

Dark/Black crystals act as chaos scrolls. Dark affects the 4 primary stats, DEX LUK STR and INT (at +/-2, 3, or 5). Black affects everything else (at +/- 1,2 or 3). As BobR said, it cannot add or subtract to a stat that wasn't already existant. It CAN, however, add to a stat being added by another gem. you can add both, but you need enough gem slots to do so. therefore, only level 80+ equips can have both. Say you have a reverse claw. You can add a Topaz, BC and DC, all high grade. The BC will affect the attack, the avoid, and the HP that the topaz is adding. The DC will only affect the LUK on the weapon.

I think the black crystal can add atck to stuff, but the chances should be very low since you have all those stats (jump, speed, acc, avoid...) however, they don't work at 100% -.-

Black crystals add str and stuff to. I black crystaled my overall, now its 8 dex 5 str clean.

what level of gems did you use? also you said you thought black failed, but you used a dark .

Icedfire : what level of gems did you use? also you said you thought black failed, but you used a dark . i didnt said that, I just assumed that black has a chance of failing, just as dark do. well, I used an adv sapphire wich worked, an intermediate wisdom that worked and an adv dark wich failed. so I used all the 3 slots available for reverse weapons.
