Hey umm I have some stomach fat (kinda avg I guess you can say) and I'm trying to lose it, thus toning my stomach down, and trying to do crunches/sit-ups to build some abs. Problem is I have tried running/jogging to burn the fat and tone my stomach down but I seem to have DREADFUL stamina or something and I star to slow down like 10-15 mins into the running...So I thought that this is not going to work for me and give me progress if I get winded out 10 mins into the jog/run. So is there some other way to tone my stomach down or is there a way to build up my stamina? Please and thank you

DeMoNiAk : Actually, HIIT would be your best option to lose some fat. You didn't think that you'd lose 20 pounds in a week, did you? HIIT...what is that?

CheeseDude17 : HIIT...what is that? High Intensity Interval Training, iirc.

CheeseDude17 : HIIT...what is that? It's a cardio training method. The main point is to improve your cardiovascular functions by doing exercises with little rest intervals. Usually done in a 2:1 ratio, where you sprint for a minute, and jog for 30 seconds; this, during 30 minutes.

CheeseDude17 : Oh i see and this gives good results? Yes, it does. Then again, don't expect to lower your overall body fat to 2% in a week.

If you can, I'd suggest doing that only for somach muscles/geting abs. If you're gona do it, hold that position til you fall.(wont hurt a lot). Doing that requires lots of balance/muscles, so Im pretty sure thats good.
