Noob question about Dark Crystal's

Hi, I am nearing my 3rd job advancement and I have a question about the Dark Crystal's you need. Where do you go to process 10 dark crystal ores? and how much does it cost? I've noticed you can't get them refined at places like Mr Thunder in Perion... Sorry if you think I'm noob. Thanks

The refiner guy in El Nath refines them.

Yes. oh right, theres a guy @ El Nath who looks like Mr.Thunder, on the right of perion on top of a hill thingy. no idea wut his name is, but u'll spot him wen u see him!
