I heard that you can get one from a quest, and I'd rather try to get one myself than to buy one. Do you know which quest you can get it from and can K.o.C.'s do it?

Chain of quests The last one rewards the star, and is level 85. a)Get 30 lulcky charms b)Get 50(?) soiled rags c)Catch a bigfoot by a toe(get a toe) d)Headless horsemans head(Which is technically impossible)

I don't think the set of quests for getting the dep star is available to CKs, you can either A) get an adventurer to 80 or B) buy one o.0

I believe it's all of Lita Lawless quests that you need to complete for the star. And you can't do the bigfoot quest until level 80+.

You have the order wrong, You need to get his head first (lv 75 quest) then go for bigfoot at lv 80 (even though it's impossible to kill BF at lv 80, that's the minimum you have to complete the quest)

At a level where it would be useless (to use) for you, because then you could get a MoN. Your chances of killing BF as a NW are practically nil anyway.
