Is something wrong with that? I hear that it stretches your back more making you taller. o_o

ToeSheBah : What am I supposed to say? That book sucked. @stikman, is that the only thing that sleeping w/o a pillow does? Doesn't mess up your head or spine or whatever?

I heard sleeping on the floor is great for your back. I'm scared of bugs though.

Your head might feel heavier when you wake up... The blood would flow to your head evenly. It would not make you taller because you're not really stretching it. If you sleep in a curved way, it'd stretch your spine and your body thinks it's time for some growth.

Either way, when you're sleeping, your spinal cord is relaxed and extends adding 1-3cm to your height, then after being up for an amount of time, it retracts back to your everyday standing height.

My pillow usually ends up on the floor somehow and I then have no pillow in the morning which makes me have an empty feeling. </3
