they give u a special party quest item and then u redeem it for the earrings

Do the EPQ 20 times and you will have 20 Fragments from completing it. Turn those fragments in to Ellin while your PQ rank is B to get the earrings. Do the PQ 30 more times to get 30 more fragments and rank A to get the glittering earrings which are better than the regular ones. 50 PQs = Rank A and you have to get the regular earrings before you can get the glittering ones.

Red sign is LPQ, is it not? o.o But yeah it's like getting the glasses.. you need to achieve rank B as well as complete 20 pq's for the first set of earrings. The second pair is another 30 pq's i believe.

A bit off-topic but how much to the alitar earrings cost and the glittering ones? And what do you have to do for rank A and B?

Other than that I don't know a price, I haven't seen any being sold. You have to complete the Party Quest a certain number for a certain rank.
