Itouch or Zune HD?

Well I have come into a tough decision basil, so I'm here for some answers. Well let me inform you of the situation first. When the itouch 1st generation came out I thought it looked pretty awesome so I went out and bought it. Now-a-days though it isn't really achieving the expectations I had for it. A random crack on the screen appeared when I have never dropped it or done anything to damage it before. Plus the songs will randomly change whilst playing a song which is pretty annoying. Here's the second part of my decision, the other day at work with my cousin he brought in his Zune, which I got to use for awhile. It was a first generation and it worked very nicely! The songs didn't change and the features were so easy to use. So basil I have a question for you all. Should I get a new itouch (I think it's on 3rd generation?) or should I get a Zune?

Well those bugs you had in your iPod are probably fixed now, so that's probably nothing to be concerned about. I like my iPod Touch (2nd Gen), there's so much to do with it. I think you should get the new iPod.

As for apps go I really never use them since I don't find much use for them. Only time I've used an app was for Klondike deal 1 for boring class periods. But after beating it 1326 times I just don't feel like playing it much more. EDIT: @above How are they terrible my cousin's has worked perfectly for about 2~3 years now while my itouch barely last 1.5 years
