Scissors of karma [2] - for lack of better name. takes an item with a level requirement of 50 or higher and destroys the level requirement and stat requirements on that item permanently. cost: 12,000nx cash, 10,000 on sale. Thoughts?

I honestly don't see why everyone thinks this is such a bad idea, it will balance out, dexless sins get their end game weps, oh noooo, but wait, mages get 150m.attk ele wands, and warriors get 140 attack dragon faltizans, i think it would even out the earlier levels, you guys are stupid to think it would be unbalanced.

no i suggest a lower level req by 5 levels or somthing 1 only can be used on an item =P but ur stats have to be the same. Instead of wasting an item slot on the maker skill =D

The point is that it will make a funded level 20 character equal to an unfunded level 120 of the same class. That is WAY overbalanced. It is insanely stupid as well.
